Interested in being a Model?

Model Participant consents to being recorded, photographed, and videotaped at the Event. They authorize the Paramedical Artist/Nurse to use their image, video and voice in any manner for any Social Media Promotions without further consent. The Participant acknowledges the Artist's ownership of all related materials and waives the right to approve their use or receive compensation. They agree to behave respectfully during the entirety of the appointment.  

To confirm and secure your Model Call appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. Please note that this deposit cannot be transferred to another individual or appointment. 

At Revive Skin Studios, we prioritize confidentiality as a cornerstone of our practice. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients by implementing rigorous measures. This includes refraining from posting photos that reveal faces on our social media platforms.  (Model Call participants may have their photos featured on any of our Social Media Platforms, showcasing our latest skincare treatments and results.)

Furthermore, we maintain strict protocols to safeguard all names, medical documentation, and private online consultation photos that are shared with us. Your trust is of utmost importance, and we strive to create a secure and respectful environment where your privacy is consistently upheld and respected. Your confidentiality and comfort are important to us, and we ensure your identity remains protected.
